Charm Jayatileka is a tax consultant and law at Kelly Partners.

Charm completed her LLB (Hons) at the University of Warwick, UK, LPC from the University of Law, UK. She has also completed an MBA in Finance and a LLM with a major in international governance.

She qualified as a lawyer in Sri Lanka and specialised in M&A, corporate and commercial law. She has worked at two tier 1 law firms, the Colombo Stock Exchange and MAS, a global apparel-tech conglomerate for over 7 years.

Charm also qualified as a lawyer in NSW, Australia and has been working in tax law, since moving here.

Charm acts as a mentor for students at the University of Warwick, UK (virtually).

As a dual qualified lawyer, Charm is passionate about supporting foreign qualified lawyers who are moving to Australia. Last year Charm was the National Membership Officer for AALA.

During her free time, Charm enjoys doing yoga, travelling, checking out restaurants and trying out new recipes.
