Catharine is a member of the NSW Branch Committee. She works as an advisor at the Fair Work Commission (FWC) in the industrial relations jurisdiction. Prior to this, she was an academic researcher at UNSW specialising in computer vision and robotics.

Outside of AALA, Catharine is a member of the FWC’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the lead of the FWC’s Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Network.
