Ivonne is a Senior Accountant at Moorebank Intermodal Company Limited, a government business enterprise, assisting the CFO with year-end audit, financial statements preparation, budget and forecast, and various finance reports for the Board of Directors meetings.
Ivonne graduated with Bachelor of Commerce Professional Accounting and Laws. Ivonne is a qualified Chartered Tax Accountant and has just recently been admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW. As an accountant and a lawyer, Ivonne can be the bridge to close the gap between numbers and law.
Ivonne also serves as the Secretary of Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA) NSW Foreign Qualified Lawyers subcommittee and was the National Finance Officer of AALA where she assisted the past National Treasurer in various treasury tasks.
Ivonne is passionate in supporting AALA’s objective as she shares the same goal, promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and would like to grow with the community that creates a difference in the legal industry.
Outside AALA, Ivonne is also a subcommittee member of The Tax Institute NSW Emerging Leaders, an event team member of the Sydney Cricket Ground and an active volunteer for the City of Sydney Council.
