Jason is a Partner in the Technology, Cyber and Privacy team at Sparke Helmore Lawyers. He advises clients across a wide variety of industries in relation to information technology procurement, privacy, cybersecurity, telecommunications and information security related issues. Prior to joining Sparke Helmore, Jason practiced in leading law firms in Australia, England and New Zealand. Jason joined the AALA Victorian Committee in 2024 in order to gain a greater insight into the organisation and to contribute to its strategic direction. Jason plays an active role in organising events and other AALA initiatives and enjoys meeting new people through the role. Jason currently mentors two junior lawyers as part of the AALA mentoring programme.
