Justin was born in Singapore and arrived in Australia in the winter of 2015. He graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2018 and was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2019.

Following his admission, Justin was an Associate to the Honourable Justice Wood of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.

Justin is now a lawyer at Page Seager Lawyers in Tasmania, practicing in their Insurance litigation team.
