Kimberly is a member of the NSW Branch Committee. Previously, she was our National Student Engagement Officer from March 2022 – 2025. During her tenure, she was engaged with university students to understand how AALA can assist them with networking and the field of law generally.

Kimberly has a passion for diversity and inclusion and is also co-lead of the multicultural network in the firm she is employed at, Ashurst. At Ashurst, she has organised events for Eid, Lunar New Year and various panellist discussions to raise awareness of cultural experiences at work. Kimberly hopes to organise similar events in conjunction with AALA and aims to foster an environment and legal field where people feel safe, included and recognised at work.
