Ronny Chen is a commercial barrister who specialises in commercial disputes, corporations law, insolvency and cross-border matters. Ronny has previously also worked as an equity analyst focusing on financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific. In addition to his law degree, he has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance. Ronny speaks Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as the Chiu-Chow dialect. Ronny accepts briefs as counsel or to sit as an arbitrator in international commercial arbitrations.
